Announcement Handbook on managing Customers

 

I am happy to share I am creating  a hand book for Professionals who are into service industry and dealing with the customers directly or through various modes of communication. In todays  Era of AI, social media, digital age technology trying to overcome all work humans can do  through so called “AI”, but one thing stands very true that,  personalized advice can be given by “human beings” only who are keen to give you a sincere unbiased advise, based on your requirement and beneficial to you. In my career in Indian Finance & Insurance and service industry, spread over twenty years  I had come across various products and services where in I found that the passionate Professional who thinks from the point of view of the end customer always and wins the Trust of the customer gets the deal conversion ,no matter the price or cost.

In my career of more than two  decade I got an opportunity to work in two sectors namely Fast moving Consumer  goods industry , and Insurance Industry , from frontline to manage a State and  Region. I am glad that  , got an opportunity to work  with  Respected Shri  Harsh Mariwala Sir Who Built in Marico,  & Shri Paresh Parasnis Sir at HDFC standard Life, and many helpful senior leaders  who have imbibed strong ethics and values which have impacted my overall approach towards looking at work and challenges and overcoming them. I am thankful to my leaders who have shown Trust and helped him to be successful in my Sales career.

 While I am working as Faculty  & Trainer for  Corporate Employees from BFSI,IT and Service sector, Coach and Sales Strategy Consultant  ,where I found the team members our sales managers, FLS are confused on the direction or path of achieving their goals, don’t know how to do it; many Leaders are expecting  Instant results ,and adopt Hire and Fire strategy but rarely guide or handhold how to get the work done. Many youngsters leave the Job or career due to lack of proper guidance and mentoring coaching. We have read the Rabbit and Tortoise Story, and it is still applicable in the current scenario where only short term results are seen at sacrifice on long term gain. My friends from Human resource would agree how to recruit and train an employee is a challenge and is universal problem as the Gen Z whom you cannot control ,unless deal smartly and  win confidence of them.

 I am scribbling my Journey of Sales Career, which has helped many individuals to shape their  professional  career and achieve Personal growth in their life.

I would appreciate your sincere Suggestions ,inputss which can make this a useful guide and  Torch for the generations to come.
